Customer Service Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

The country's largest automotive retailer is hiring for full time customer service representatives to run operations at the HQ in Roanoke, VA.

These individuals will be working in the Retail division of the Customer Care Department and will be serving Customers from the eCommerce side of business.

Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability.

Requirements:
-Customer Service experience such as retail, sales, fast food, operations
-Microsoft Office Suite experience
-Call center or clerical experience is a huge plus but not a requirement
