General Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Job Duties:

- 75% of the day they are building wood and steel wall panels using blueprints and then pouring concrete using cranes into the panels.
-Blueprints are given for each job with measurements and what needs to get done.
-They will grab sheets of mesh (100 pounds - 2 person job) , re-bar, wires, and nuts and bolts and bring to the station
-Then they wire everything to the panel using the blueprint
-DRILLING, TAPPING, SCREWING MATERIAL, GRINDING, PULLING WIRE THROUGH PANEL, WIRE TYING
-Multiple layers of insulation and concrete are added to the panels
- Overheard crane brings concrete and the operator pulls down the level and the concrete pours. Then smoothing out the concrete using brooms.
-Everyone helps clean and sweep the area once panel is completed
- Do some sanding down of the base which is plywood
-using power tools
-panels are built and then stored in the yard and shipped to the construction site
