About this job

Diablo Country Club is seeking an experienced lead line cook with a passion for Culinary Arts and Fine Dining while being part of a constantly developing team. Candidates will have a great attitude, the ability to multitask, and must care about the quality of the dishes we produce.

Line Cook Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Salary & Benefits:

This is a full time position. We offer a competitive hourly pay as well as advancement possibility. Hourly wage negotiable based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Vacation, sick and PTO. FSA, 401k with match, Aflac and meals. In addition, golf playing privileges, employee appreciation parties and discount in pro shop.

Experience in a full service restaurant is desired, as is basic understanding of Spanish. Must speak fluent English. Must have a flexible schedule.
