Full-Service Restaurant Assistant Manager MUSTS
Our Restaurant Assistant Manager salaries are based on a 47.5 hour work week, and we require our managers to take a vacation.
Our restaurants are high energy and upbeat. We are heavy on the scratch kitchen side, and work to develop our managers in all aspects of operations.
We are opening two more locations in the South Bay area this year and are looking to build a solid team to help support our exciting growth!

Full-Service Restaurant Assistant Manager MUSTS
- Have at least 3 years restaurant management experience. We are open to a variety of backgrounds, but you MUST have previous experience as a Manager.
- Great personality - having a passion for what you do and the ability to win every guest a non-negotiable!
- Be hands on, passionate about what you do and understand how to lead and motivate a team!
- Have experience in both the service and culinary side of restaurant operations - some bar experience is preferred, as well.
- Have knowledge of financials, and the ability to help impact costs and improve profitability.
- Be willing to work shifts with a 2:00AM close.
- Be hands on, and have a do whatever it takes mentality when it comes to getting it done right!
- Have a clean background and valid CA Drivers License.
- Salary - $55,000-$58,000.
- 12-15% bonus potential - paid quarterly.
