The Patrice & Associates Lead Getter is an entry-level (full &/or part-time) position with the largest Hospitality Recruiting Company in North America. As a P&A Lead Getter, you are responsible for developing candidate and potential new client leads within the Hospitality industry (Restaurant, Bar, Hotel, Resort & Casino) for follow-up by the Recruiting Team. You will manage a focused set of activities daily and weekly - recruiting calls, marketing calls, preliminary phone screens, reference checking calls, support communication (mailings, etc) via telephone and email.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a P&A Lead Getter, you are responsible for developing candidate and potential new client leads within the Hospitality industry (Restaurant, Bar, Hotel, Resort & Casino) for follow-up by the Recruiting Team. You will manage a focused set of activities daily and weekly - recruiting calls, marketing calls, preliminary phone screens, reference checking calls, support communication (mailings, etc) via telephone and email.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively place 150 +/- recruiting calls weekly using the approved scripts/ talking points to source candidates and clients
- Respond to any/ all resumes received each day in a timely manner based on their designated priority level
- 5-6 hours of connected phone time daily recruiting candidates and generating leads for candidates/ prospective clients
- Handle basic, preliminary, high-level pre-qualifying to determine skills of restaurant/ hospitality candidates
- Communicate with Manager regarding appointment scheduling and follow-up from candidate and prospect leads
- Assist with marketing programs and initiatives to include email marketing, direct mail and other forms of social media
- Use information from the web/ database, recruiting calls, reference checks, networking, etc to source candidates
- Manage web/ email inquiries and provide to Manager, as process dictates
- Perform desk-based research to support the recruiting team
- Manage a variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments
- Maintain proper record keeping for data entry into P&A database
- Produce reports on recruiter and personal activity, as requested
- Perform other related and unrelated duties, as required/ requested
- High School/ GED
- College/ some College preferred, not required
- COLLEGESTUDENTS, if available in needed time slots
- Telephone marketing/ sales experience preferred, not required
- Business development experience is ideal, but not required
- Reputation as a relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using the phone as a business and prospecting tool
- Solid organizational and time management skills are essential
- Able to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and set/ manage to priorities
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- Intermediate computer skills including - Microsoft Office, email/ scheduling systems
- Ability to successfully and positively develop effective working relationships between team, leaders, candidates and clients
