- Minimum 2 years Restaurant General Management experience, and minimum 5 years total Restaurant Management experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as a General Manager
- Experience in both Quick Serve and Full Service is preferred, but not required
- Must possess a strong financial acumen
- Must have great leadership skills
- $55,000-$65,000
- 100% employer paid health insurance
- Very aggressive bonus program
