Performs a wide variety of restaurant related tasks including providing excellent guest service, taking orders, cashiering, bussing, serving food and beverages, completing assigned side work duties and working as a team member. Adherence to PRO’s core values and our mission statement is expected and is critical to the success of the PRO Sports Club food services department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Providing excellent guest service
• Taking orders with excellent menu knowledge
• Serving food and beverages
• Seating guests
• Bussing tables
• Expediting food
• Cashiering
• Prepare espresso beverages, smoothies, and protein shakes
• Complete all assigned side work duties including set up and prep, stocking, cleaning
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
• Assist in set up and execution of banquets and other club events

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must possess current state food handler’s permit, alcohol service permit
• Must have experience in customer service
