Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, in person, on the phone or via on-line with their service needs. The ASM acts as the liaison between the customer and Balise technician, representing the store and service department in a professional manner. The ASM represents Balise through consistent service contact with the customer and technician.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service individually and in conjunction with other store team members.
  • Maintains professional relationships with store team members
  • Growing service business monthly
  • Acts as a trusted member of the total store team
  • Being a resource for management and other team members
  • Attend service meetings, listen and learn and participate
  • Understand that the business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
  • Personal CSI scores meet or exceed the region average
