MISSION

Assist the Manager with set up and maintenance (data entry) for all styles, purchases and delivery information in the computer system for Home, Men’s and Women’s Accessories and Footwear. Effectively communicate pertinent information via phone or email with vendors, Buy Team, Design Team, Imports, Customer Service and Distribution Center staff.

KEY RESULTS AREAS
  • Assist with timely set up and maintenance of seasonal style master, UPC’s and cost sheets.
  • Issue production orders to vendors. Communication with vendors via e-mail or telephone on a regular basis.
  • Forward all buy information to Allocations for sales order generation.
  • Contact vendors with late production.
  • Work with Imports to update all late production due dates.
  • Assist Corporate Production Manager on special projects as needed. Flexibility to work on any ad hoc assignment to help support the overall business.
