CNC Machinist

Role and Responsibilities

PrideStaff is seeking a CNC Machinist for our client located in Pittsburgh who is able to provide support to their mill/turn and multi-tasking CNC machines. This is an opportunity for an individual with previous experience to utilize that experience and grow with an expanding firm. This is a weekend shift, temporary to hire opportunity that pays between $15 - $20 an hour depending upon experience.

The required capabilities for the CNC Programmer are as follows:

• HAAS
• AutoCAD
• Machining and related skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes
• Loading projects and operating CNC router
• Operating light gauge metal shear

Required Skills

• CNC knowledge through experience and or schooling
• Good Common Sense
• Great Attitude
• Willingness to work 8 to 10 hours daily and possibly Saturdays
• Team Player Attitude

Attendance, punctuality, and the ability to get along and work well with others are all critical skills that our client is looking for in the CNC Programmer candidate, in addition to being self-motivated, conscientious, and ethical.
