Hourly Rate: $12.80 /hour (+.15/hour shift differential) $13.30 After Certified

Days of work: Sunday through Thursday

Friday's, Saturday's and Holidays as scheduled by management

Hours of work: 10:30pm to 8:30am (overtime determined by production needs)

Primary Responsibilities: Report to work 20 minutes prior to start of shift. Set up donning/doffing supplies. Set up work area for production to start up on time including sanitizer at back of lien, stocking supply pallet, and have supplies on line. At start up walk area (line) to insure team members are in their work area so that line does not stop and cause down time. Report those who are tardy. Monitor associates for proper GMPs and safety equipment. Report those who are not incompliance with Perdue policies. Train associates for 100% rotation. Monitor performance of team to ensure line runs with quality and efficiency in mind. Example: Product flow is smooth and consistent. Assist supervisor with the department so all goals within the department are met. Lead by example! Follow all safety rules and PPEs.

Eligibility Requirements:

No active disciplines

No more than 2 occurrences on attendance record

Must have been employed with Perdue for at least 6 months with Perdue Foods, Inc.

6 months of production experience

Education Requirements:

Reading, writing, math, and analytical skills required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
