About this job
This is a great opportunity in McHenry County. My client is a nationwide company and known as one of the best companies to work for in Illinois. They are looking for 2 Maintenance Technicians for their 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideally they would like candidates with a background in automation and/or electronics. They are also willing to train the right candidate. My client as tons of room for growth and excellent benefits. This position will pay up to $27 per hour.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Setup automation for presses or assembly machines
- Debug automation needed
- Troubleshoot various assembly, automation, and mold equipment
- Check and adjust parameters during changeovers
- Assist QA with implementing corrective actions
- Assist with mold setups
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years in automation strongly preferred
- Willingness to attend training on PLC programming if needed
- Able to read blueprints
