A local Ascension Parish business is looking for a receptionist/admin assistant who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs.

Daily responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone, greeting clients when they arrive, filing, mailing, confirm appointments and office visits, data entry, and various other duties as needed.

Pay up to $10/hour to start.
