The Opportunity

The Service Express Attendant is responsible for many aspects of Guest Services including, but not limited to Bell, Door, Valet, Room Service and Driver/Guest Transport for Hotel Operations.

Position Details

Must be available weekends and Holidays as needed. Starting Pay Rate is $9.00 + Tips.

Responsibilities
  • Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in/check out and storage.
  • Assists guests with city information and directions.
  • Delivers items as requested by guests or Manager on Duty.
  • Delivers all In-Room Dining (IRD)  food and beverage.
  • Delivers guest amenities to rooms.
  • Transport guests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior hotel experience is desired but not essential
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills demonstrating proper manners and etiquette
  • Requires excellent people skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be able to be stand for long periods of time
  • Must be groomed and professionally attired
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standing to drive company vehicle
