Hamburg Gaming, located on the Erie County Fairgrounds, is a destination for excitement and entertainment!  This New York Gaming facility sprawls out over 55,000 square feet and features more than 940 gaming machines.  Our premier New York Gaming facility also boasts a range of delectable dining options including the Blue Ribbon Grill, Cyclone Bar and Tim Hortons.

 

The Opportunity

As an ambassador host you will assist with both players club and player development functions of the marketing department by:

• recruiting new member sign-ups to the players club.
• grow player card utilization from existing club members.
• maintain targeted retention rates of club members.
• promoting club benefits to non-members.
• offering services to active players.
• write comps for players as appropriate.
• act as a liason between players and members of management.
• perform club duties.

A successful candidate will:

• be able to obtain a NYS Gaming License.
• have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• have superior interpersonal skills.
• be able to work weekends, holidays and nights.

A successful candidate may:

• have previous customer service experience handling frequent guest complaints.
• have intermediate computer skills
• have previous experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) program.
