Position Details

Position Summary

Under direction of supervisor, clears and cleans table in designated section, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

 

Essential Functions:

• Assists wait staff in clearing and resetting tables
• Cleans areas and assists with set-up and clean-up as needed

·         Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintains cleanliness of Front of House floors throughout shift and at closing (i.e. sweeping and mopping)

Non-essential Functions:

• Refills guests’ empty water glasses
• Sets up and breaks down service areas
• Restocks service areas at end of shift
• Assist host as needed

 

Education & Experience:

• No experience required

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Guest service orientation; ability to adhere to Company’ GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to communicate with guests, read and follow written instructions in English
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to carry full trays up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs

·         Good mobility to maneuver between tables to clear plates.

 

Environmental Working Conditions:

• Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
