The New Orange City Racing and Card Club is “Orlando’s Closest Poker”. This extension of Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room, is an exciting new facility featuring a 33 table poker room, simulcast wagering with a one of a kind sports bar!
The Opportunity
- Responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in all food and beverage operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that all rules and procedures are being followed and excellent customer service is being provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the managing of all Food and Beverage operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and counseling, ensures all Associates adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Responsible for assisting with the leading and motivating the departmental team to promote good employee morale and ensure a high level of customer commitment in line with DNC company standards.
- Maintains positive client and guest relations; responds to client requests and ensures alignment with company standards; investigates and follows through on Guest complaints.
- Responsible for ensuring all associates are in compliance with GuestPath standards and Service Recovery
- Responsible for compliance with all alcohol and food safety laws and regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality Industry
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position
Physical Requirements
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry twenty-five pounds.
