Position Details

Cashier Duties

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• Effective communication skills and understand the primary language used by the guests who typically visit the location; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
• Have basic knowledge of the functions of cash registers
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment 

 

Barista duties

• Greet all guests as they approach the unit and follow the Guest path Universal Service Standards.
• Prepares and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, regular tea, regular drip coffee, espresso, espresso lungo, café latte and cappuccino.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions and while following proper sanitation guidelines maintained within Health code standards.
• Records all waste.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
