Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Serves alcoholic beverages and food to guests responsibly, in accordance with the Company’s alcohol policies, Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Description:
-Must have serving/supervising experience in a bar setting
-Must be comfortable in fast paced environments
-Must be comfortable enforcing alcohol sale policies
-Receives drink orders/serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
-Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions
Enters drink orders into cash register, collects payment from patrons for orders and makes correct change.
-Clean tables, seat guests and take food and drink orders
-Order food and deliver to guests in a kind manner
-Inventories and maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, garnishes and supplies.
