Position DetailsCoordinate and supervise activities of up to 20-50 employees; train employees in company policies and procedures;
Ensure quality employee performance.
Verify payroll; prepare various cost and operational reports.
Maintain positive customer relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and products.
Maintain proper implementation of sanitation procedures and Brand standards.
Ensure effective operation of area at all times.
Knowledge of food and beverage procedures and inventory control procedures.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Control quality and portions of food items served.
Maintain a clean and orderly Kitchen
Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment
Follow Company Guest Service Standards.
Follow all Health Department guidelines and food temperatures are maintained within code.
-Necessary 2-5+ years of direct experience in Food Supervision.
-Must have open availability to work full time, weekends, breakfast, lunch, or dinner
-Candidates must have restaurant and supervisory experience.
