Hobbs+Black Architects, located in downtown Ann Arbor, is seeking a part-time entry level Accounting Assistant. Duties include data entry, filing, assisting with project expense recording, some accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, and miscellaneous accounting support tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required. Must be detail oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills. Previous accounting experience and an understanding of design firm or construction industry operations is preferred. Qualified candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle multiple competing deadlines in a fast paced team environment.
