Physical Therapist Manager - Full-time

Olympic Sports & Spine Rehabilitation (OSSR) is a fast-growing outpatient PT practice actively seeking a PT Clinic Manager in PUYALLUP, WA. PT Clinic Managers are responsible for most aspects of clinic operations including, but not limited to patient care, professional development, clinic growth, marketing, clinic safety, maintain company and corporate compliance standards, participating in manager meetings, reviewing clinic and therapist performance reports and budgets, setting clinic goals and objectives, conducting staff performance evaluations, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Serve as the representative of the staff when meeting with Executive Officers. Clinic Managers manage their clinic in the highest professional and ethical manner with guidance from Executive Officers, Corporate Directors, and other Clinic Managers. Clinic managers must at all times keep a commitment to excellence in patient care as a top priority and ensuring that their staff, referral sources, and all other customers understand and participate in Olympic Sports & Spine Rehabilitation's (OSSR's) values. OSSR is a multi-disciplinary setting providing Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, Massage Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation.
