Job Responsibilities Include: Provide kind and compassionate care for our residents with an emphasis on quality and timeliness.Assisting in maintaining a friendly, clean and safe living environmentProviding individualized patient care including but not limited to:Assisting residents with personal care and activities of daily living.Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms and/or changes in residents' health and behavior.Active coordination with the interdisciplinary team in creation and maintenance of individualized plans of care to support residents' physical and emotional well-being.Performing other related duties as assigned. You would be a good fit for our tem if you: Have a current, unencumbered, state STNA license and a High School diploma, or testing equivalent.The ability to effectively follow oral and written instructions.Strong clinical skills and ability to effectively communicate information concerning a resident's condition and care.A compassionate commitment to customer service and enjoy caring for the elderly.Prior experience in a long term care environment is preferred.   Cincinnati Enquirer.
