CHP is currently seeking go-getters with a positive attitude for the position of Home Care/ Personal Care Aide.    SALARY:  STARTING at $9-$10/Hour  SIGN ON BONUS and INCENTIVES!FREE TRAINING!HOURS:  Flexible Scheduling; Full-Time and Part-time LOCATION:  Positions available in offices serving:  Ada, Archbold, Bryan, Celina, Defiance, Delphos, Lima, Paulding, Van Wert, Wapakoneta   Examples of duties include:   Light housekeeping and chores for patients.Personal Hygeiene and care for patientsAssist patient with exercise as prescribedAssist patient with medication complianceParticipates, as necessary, in CPR and or other certification programs as required by CHPAdheres to universal precautions. MINIMUM APPLICANT REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferredGood transportation and proof of current driver's licenseSome physical requirements (lifting, bending, etc) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSNone; State Tested Nurse's Aide (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) desirableWDRB.
