Doggie Daycare Playgroup Monitor - Part-time

We have a part time opening for a Doggie Daycare Playgroup Monitor. 

New Haven facility is looking for local people who are fun,energetic,and reliable team players! Prior experience in a veterinarian office or other hands-on pet care environment is preferred, but a love and respect for dogs is a must! This position is very fast-paced and includes but is not limited to:

Job Requirements 
-18 years of age or older
-High School Diploma or equivalent 
-Able to interact in a positive way with all sizes,types,and breeds of dogs
-Follow instructions both written and verbal
-Able to lift 50 lbs
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Computer literate
-Be a team player and come in each day with a positive attitude
-Work with cleaning chemicals 
-Organized,hard working, self motivated, independent worker
-Must have reliable transportation 
-Organizational Skills are required, you will need to be able to understand and remember what dog gets what food or medication and what dog belongs to what client.You will have to remember all of the dogs names and behavioral issues

Responsibilities Include
-Cleaning the facility indoor and outdoors
-Indoor cleaning may include,but is not limited to mopping,taking out trash,scrubbing walls,floor,and beds.
-Outdoor cleaning may include,but is not limited to pulling weeds,sweeping up trash and general up keep.
-More Cleaning Yes we do a lot of cleaning 
-Use proper dog handling techniques
-Interact with dogs in the playroom using appropriate toys & tools to ensure safe levels of play and minimize stress levels of all dogs in the playroom.
-Create & Maintain a pleasant work environment 

Hours
-Part Time
-Must be able to work morning or afternoon shift.Morning shift is typically 6:30-12:30 Afternoon shift is 1:30-7:30.
-Must be able to work weekends and holidays 

Salary 
-10.50/hr
