3rd Shift Assistant Manager

Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available 3rd shift nights and weekends (10 pm- 6 am). 

• Must have 1 year experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: Comptetive and based on experience!

The Assistant Manager assists the Twice Daily General Manager (GM) in leading and coaching store staff to consistently deliver all the components of the Twice Daily offer and culture to maximize the guest experience. The position has total accountability for the operation of the store in the GM’s absence.

Full time Available shifts:

• 3rd (10 pm- 6 am, weekends required)

Position Summary:

• Helps ensure “best in class” service is extended to all Twice Daily guests
• Takes an active role in delivering the programs necessary to maximize the guest experience.
• Possesses a strong passion for the Twice Daily offering and culture.
• Engages in educating the guest about the Twice Daily “fresh all day” offer.
• Acts as role model for all elements of the Twice Daily culture and core values.
• Assists in creating the environment to support the store culture.
• Trains and builds staff capability.
• Works opposite hours as the GM.
• Ensures all required inventory levels, freshness and product rotation standards are maintained.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year management experience in a retail or restaurant environment
• Good interpersonal, guest service and oral communication skills
• Good attention to detail and take personal pride in all that you do
• Have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds carrying cases of milk, etc.
• Ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
• Dependable/flexible
