Full time, Tuesday through Saturday.
We would like you to have a degree from an accredited cooking school and atleast 1 year experience. We make our products from scratch in a European kitchen. You would be responsible for producing standard cakes, specialty cakes, mini pastries, individual desserts, mousses, ganache, etc.
We have a retail and wholesale business that caters to the 4 and 5 star hotels in Chicago.
Our workweek starts early 6 am Tuesday through Friday and on Saturday at 4 am. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
