Home Instead Senior Care in Florence, Alabama has an opening for a Staffing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for making schedules covering all client shifts with the appropriate caregiver using Clear Care scheduling software. Must be able to comprehend vast quantities of information concerning clients and CAREGivers to be used in making the monthly schedules for both. Must be computer/internet savvy, have excellent phone etiquette, and possess superior problem solving skills. Must have ability to be understanding and compassionate with clients and caregivers. This position also takes the phone on rotating basis on nights, weekends, and holidays for the purpose of solving any problem that may arise after hours. Any experience or understanding of caregiving is helpful.
