Shoals Senior Solutions, Inc. dba Home Instead Senior Care in Florence Alabama is seeking to add an experienced
person to work in our office.
Duties will include working up to 40 hours a week in the office and Answering the Phone after Office
hours and on Weekends/Holidays on rotating basis to take care of any client/caregiver problems that may arise.
Must have prior work experience exhibiting Excellent Phone Etiquette, Computer Skills, & A Customer Service Mindset
Must be willing to train in Staffing, Caregiver Training, Quality Assurance, and other duties as needed.
Starting pay is $10/hour
