As an IC Supervisor you will supervise the day-today operations of the Inventory Control team. Ensure merchandise is effectively inspected and quality checked from a financial control perspective and that all merchandise movement meets with company standard operating procedures and best practices. Also work to ensure cycle counts are performed in a timely manner per internal best practice methods.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure scheduled cycle counts of reserve and forward-pick locations are completed timely.
• Involve the Area Ops Managers for an issues that need their involvement.
• Address unsafe storage issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Confirm all P.I.T. equipment safety check sheets are completed daily and that equipment is operated in a safe manner.
• Make sure that all merch shipped to our customers meets our requirements.
• Perform audits for receiving, putaways, replenishment, picking, packing, and returns are completed and logged.
• Maintain slot utilization reports and involve operations when needed.
• Ensure receiving documents are accounting reports are accurately reconciled.
• Coordinate resolution of unavailable quantity issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Merchandise Control on processing RTV's.
• Manage a team and develop them for future growth opportunities within the department and the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• 4-6 years of Inventory Control or Quality Control experience required.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as flexibility and ability to prioritize.
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Manhattan is a strong plus.
• Problem solving skills and a passion for leading others.
