Bowlero Job Posting Template – Hourly Jobs

Wanna roll with a fantastic crew of committed leisure & entertainment specialists? (Really? Good—keep reading.)

Meet Bowlero—the bowling, dining, and social entertainment lovechild of Bowlmor AMF (aka the largest bowling company on earth). Bowlero is changing the way people think about entertainment, and now we need some talented new members to join our elite team of party savants and customer-service jedis. Sound interesting? (Spoiler Alert: It is.)

So, if you get amped up by helping others, throwing the best parties, and making guests feel like they’re the only ones in the room, and you want to make a career out of it, then we should definitely talk.

Thinking about diving into the deep end of our talent pool? If so, check out the positions listed below and learn more about what makes Bowlero so gosh-darn special.

Interested applicants should apply on-line at:

Event Host

Do you love to party—and live for the details? Then step right over and see if you have what it takes to be one of our rock-star Event Hosts. Our Event Hosts are party sherpas who establish a personal connection with clients and guide them through all stages of the party planning process, from beginning to end. You’re like a Snickers bar—always satisfying and easy to get a hold of. More than that, our Events Hosts are also a perceptive bunch, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and reaching out to the appropriate Bowlero crew members in order to do so. They’re attuned to what their clients want and find ways to enhance the guest experience through the planning process, suggesting (i.e., upselling) special “guest experiences” and additional food & beverage options to clients, on top of their current party packages.

Event Manager

Are you all about throwin’ awesome parties? Sweet—that’s just the kind of person we need as Bowlero’s next great Event Manager. What’s it like to be Bowlero’s head party guru? Well, you’ll lead a team of event hosts, schedule staff, handle event reporting, and work with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure a flawless guest experience. You’ll also get to host some seriously cool shindigs—overseeing setup, meeting/exceeding guest expectations, and using guest feedback to improve the Bowlero experience. Have a BA, one year of management experience, and a desire to rock the party? Then apply online today!

Bartender

Are you a master juggler who can take orders, make conversation, and greet guests all while keeping the bar clean and the drinks flowing? Good—that’s just what we’re looking for. Working the bar at Bowlero means you’re part of an elite team that’s all about serving, selling, and keeping guests entertained. Members of Bowlero’s bar staff know how to tend bar and can quickly master our menu of signature cocktails and down-home American eats. Then they take all that knowledge—and apply it, actively upselling our F&B, engaging with our guests, anticipating their needs, and serving them responsibly (in accordance with alcohol service regulations). Ready to become part of our rock-star brew crew?

Cook (Prep & Line)

Bowlero’s Cooks are foodie-inspired, kitchen mad scientists. They bring to life all of the ridiculously inventive American eats that are featured on Bowlero’s menu—combining five-star dining with food-truck ethos. Put another way, this cookery goes way beyond your typical bowling alley snack bar. To unleash all this culinary brilliance, we need skilled cooks (like you) who can follow our menu manual and produce consistently high-quality dishes—all while keeping costs low and keeping guests satisfied. Our cooks aren’t just food-makin’-machines—they’re detailed-oriented and aware of their surroundings, ensuring that cooking and serving areas comply with all health department safety regs and Bowlero-specific guidelines. Because a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen...

Dishwasher

“You gotta roll up ya’ sleeves...” Kanye’s not right about a lot of things, but he does make a valuable point about the importance of kitchen cleanliness. Bowlero’s Dishwashers are flatware-sanitizing samurais, rolling up their sleeves to clean appliances and other kitchen surfaces, remove trash, return items to inventory, and wash our glasses and flatware to make them sparkle and shine. Occasionally our Dishwashers clean items the old-fashioned way (i.e., by hand), but for the most part they work with our automatic dishwashing machine—loading it with soaps, monitoring temperature, and reporting any breakdowns. Our Dishwashers are some of the best in the biz; we don’t want no scrubs—just people who will scrub.

Food & Beverage Attendant

Our F&B Attendants bring Bowlero’s signature style and friendly/casual attitude to the laneside dining experience by taking menu orders from guests and delivering their desired selections in a prompt and pleasant fashion. Bowlero F&B Attendants ring orders, accept payment from and make change for our guests, and responsibly sell/serve alcohol to guests of legal drinking age—demonstrating our remarkable commitment to class-leading service with each and every guest interaction.

Food Runner

Food Runners at Bowlero go to marathon-like lengths to provide exceptional guest service, assisting in the delivery of F&B items, reviewing orders for accuracy, and coordinating with lane captains and lane servers to ensure that our guests’ worlds have been sufficiently rocked. When called upon, our Food Runners tackle guest questions and requests with speed and precision. Bowlero Food Runners also contribute to the overall image of their venues by making sure the dining and seating areas remain clean and organized and by bussing tables both on the lanes and in the concourse area. They help keep the kingdom of Bowlero bright and shiny and its subjects (i.e., our loyal guests) ultra-mega happy.

Lane Servers

Our Lane Servers are “menu know-it-alls”—ready to give our guests the 4-1-1 on Bowlero’s wildly inventive selection of food and drink. Lane Servers exhibit exceptional guest service by taking menu orders, by reviewing orders for accuracy and delivering these orders speedily (because fast is great... as long as your order is correct), and by accepting payments and making change for our guests. Lane Servers, however, do more than just deliver food and drink; they become well-versed in the Bowlero subculture, developing a broad understanding of our menu selections, our current promotions, and our specials. These team members are guest service ninjas—routinely checking back with their guests, anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest expectations, all with the ultimate goal of providing the highest level of guest care.

Lead Cook

Our Kitchen Managers and Lead Cooks are like the Batman and Robin of Bowlero’s kitchen. The latter half of that dynamic duo (our Lead Cook) is responsible for preparing our signature dishes and overseeing their preparation by others. The Lead Cook ensures that our food is prepped and presented according to Bowlero’s super-lofty standards, and when the Kitchen Manager is away, it’s the Lead Cook’s job to direct the kitchen staff. The Lead Cook is a special position, combining expert culinary ability with managerial duties like receiving food and supply orders, checking the calibration of cooking and refrigeration equipment, and mentoring/training all kitchen staff—sort of like Bowlero’s version of Mr. Miyagi...
