About this job
Hiring for a Collections Specialist in Herndon VA.
Must be available to work within the following days and times:
- Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm OR 10:30am to 7:00pm
- Rotating Saturdays 9:00m to 1:00pm (Work every third Saturday of the month)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a credit union or financial service institution
- Experience handling collection situations according to applicable laws and policies.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to gain knowledge of the laws relating to Collection and Credit Bureau procedures.
