Analytical Chemist - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring a Chemist for a specialty lubrication, grease and fluids manufacturing company. This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Operating GC, HPLC, IR, and UV-Vis and will be performing titrations.
• Assisting with new method development for new and and existing product lines.
• Improving new and existing testing methods.
• Training lab technicians and chemists on new analysis and lab procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with GC, HPLC, IR and UV-Vis
• Bachelors Degree in Biology, Chemistry or a comparable field
• Experience training new chemists and lab techs
• Experience with method development

Pay: $23-$28/hour

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Hours: Monday - Friday, first shift
