Field Service Controls Engineer
This individual will be working as one of their Controls Engineers and helping with PLC troubleshooting and programming of their packaging equipment. This individual will help with the testing and modification of the PLC program using Allen Bradley ControlLogixs and PanelView. They will also be required to go to customer sites and help with installation. The position travels roughly 60% of the time but most likely will be around 40-50%. (Want someone comfortable with 60%) Most of the travel will be in the U.S. (some projects coming up in Dallas, Maryland, Utah, and California).
This person will also be in charge of some of the electricians and making sure the install project is running smoothly. Some customer interaction will be asked when out on the road.
MUST HAVES:
-at least 1 year of Allen Bradley PLC programming/troubleshooting experience. (do not need to know how to program from scratch.)
-at least 1 year of HMI experience
-At least 1 year of automation experience
PLUS:
-Experience using Controllogix and PanelView plus 1000
-Experience in project installation.
-Experience in Safety PLC's
-Robotics Experience (troubleshooting and programming)
-AutoCAD Experience
