Digital Sales & Marketing Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Now hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for an insurance company in Southern Indiana!

This position will manage all aspects of online marketing and digital revenue. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales through multiple channels while also building search engine relevance. This position will work in a collaborative environment to develop marketing and technical solutions that support optimization of the company's and its partner's sites with a strong focus on user experience, sales conversion via the web, call center and other sales vehicles, multivariate testing, and integration and collaboration with other business channels.

Required Abilities:

- Sales management

- Tracking lead attribution & conversions

- SEO & search engine ranking algorithms

- Google Analytics

- General knowledge of CMS

- General understanding of HTML, CSS, & infrastructure

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

- 3-5 years relevant experience

Reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

This is a direct hire position.

Salary range $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
