About this job
Our company is actively looking for a Heavy equipment operator that will be working on a project at Rivertech Court in Riverdale, MD. It is an ongoing project and they will be responsible for helping out with grading and land leveling.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT MAY INCLUDE EQUIPMENT OF ALL SIZES BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DUMP TRUCKS, OFF-ROAD TRUCKS, AND FRONT END LOADERS, DOZERS, GRADERS, EXCAVATORS, SKID STEERS, AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION RELATED EQUIPMENT
TO PERFORM VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION TASKS SUCH AS EXCAVATING, LAYING PIPE, LOADING AND OFF-LOADING OF TRUCKS, MOVING AND GRADING DIRT, ETC.
CLEANS, MAINTAINS, AND SECURES DAILY ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING VEHICLES UNDER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATING HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN A SAFE AND APPROPRIATE MANNER.
MUST BE ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY INTERACT WITH MEMBERS OF THE TEAM AND AS NECESSARY PERFORM MANUAL LABOR.
MUST BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH OWNER, MANAGERS, RESIDENTS AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN A COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL MANNER AT ALL TIMES.
THIS POSITION WILL BE WORKING PRIMARILY AT OUTSIDE JOBSITE ENVIRONMENTS. FROM THIS MOVEMENT, THE EMPLOYEE WILL ENCOUNTER VARYING TEMPERATURES
