About this job
An Aerotek client in Prince William County is seeking to hire a Temporary HR Admin. The position will be to assist until the end of 2017, but could convert into a full time role if the work continues. The future incumbent to this position will be working around the core hours of 7:30 am 4 pm Monday through Friday on a 4 person team in support of managers and supervisors.
They will be involved in all HR activities including:
* Assist with documentation efforts for new hire and termination paperwork, disciplinary action log, attendance tracking and employment verifications'
* Assist HR team with the maintenance of employee files
* Assisting in maintaining human resource information system records and compiling reports from the database
* Assist in the planning and rolling-out of employee events
* Assist with effectively responding to inquiries and/or concerns from personnel
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned
***Pay is $15/hour
***The chances of this person converting into a full-time position after the contract assignment is very high. Candidates interested in the contract assignment should have an interest in an human resource related field.
