About this job
The CNC Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 5 CNC machinists. The CNC Lead will be in charge of setting up horizontal lathes and mills, doing change outs of tools and inserts, program editing for dimensions - they will not be writing programs from the ground up, and be the go to person if something breaks down. They will also need to keep the team focused to get production done in time.
