About this job

An Aerotek client in Prince William County is seeking a Customer Service Administrator. The incumbent will work in an inbound call center environment and be responsible for communicating with customers, management companies, and business owners. In addition, this position requires ongoing communication with our sales, customer service, and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests
  • Utilize company software to perform contract reviews and sign-ups
  • Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts
  • Provide customers with company's service information
  • Accurately perform data entry on a large quantity of contracts/documents

***Pay for this position will depend on experience

***This is a (4 month) contract-to-hire opportunity
