Billing Analyst

Immediate Opening- Interview week of 10/16

3+ Month Contract

-Perform audits to ensure accuracy of customer billing.
-Assist other teams within Billing with special project.
-Analysis of billing data and customer revenue.
-Accurately process and maintain new orders in accordance with customer contracts.
-Close orders when appropriate and initiate the billing cycle.
-Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce and other order processing/billing systems.
-Communicate with Customer Service and Sales as needed to ensure accuracy of orders.
-Maintain daily tracking of order movement from the time of receipt through billing.

MUST:
-Excel is a must have, needs to understand look ups, creating spreadsheets
-BA/ BS Accounting/ Finance
-1-2 years billing analyst experience
-Experience using Salesforce

First Day:
Analyzing customer billing accuracy

Work Environment: Corporate office 500 people
Located in Merchandise mart
Gym on there floor
