QC Lab Technician - Full-time / Part-time

A manufacturer of a variety of chemical products for a wide range of industries is currently in need of a QC Lab Technician. This site develops and manufactures mostly Chockfast Epoxy Grout products for the utilization and optimal support of industrial machinery and equipment.

Requirements:
- BS in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Polymer chemistry, Material Science
- Mechanical Aptitude (comfortable working hands on with some hand tools)
- Process oriented or manufacturing environment experience
- instrumentation experience (viscosity, density, gel-time, physical testing, instrumentation a plus)
- interest in helping out in R&D for new product innovation.

Typical Day:
Self motivated to perform testing and validating of grout products at various points of the production and/or new product development process and maintains accurate records of the results. Such test could include physical testing.
