Customer Service Representative

This representative assists borrowers over the phone to find solutions to maintain home ownership.This position will primarily be 100% on the phone, inbound and outbound calls.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Compiling a complete file to submit to underwriting
• Analyzing housing credit and income information
• Identifying and recommending options for borrowers
• Notifying borrowers of decision, current status, options, and timelines, throughout the process.
• Performs a variety of mortgage loan documentation and call duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of loss mitigation policies and procedures for loan products.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in a call center environment
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
