2nd Shift - Inbound Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a customer service position? Now hiring for inbound call center positions within the financial services industry! Pay starts at $15/HR - Great for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of service experience from a variety of backgrounds including serving, retail, bar tending, call centers, and several others.

Call center environment where representatives will be trained on tasks such as how to troubleshoot customer questions around company website and discuss different product trends based on financial market.

The BEST person for this position will be someone who is consistently engaged, enjoys volunteering ideas, participating in team meetings, and who will take advantage of opportunities such as cross selling.

This is a very team-oriented atmosphere involving regular group-ups and coaching sessions. Individuals will also be expected to have a focus on professional development and growth.
