Front Office Customer Service Representative / Receptionist
Friendly and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative wanted for local Temecula manufacturing company. Hours are full time 8-5 M-F. Excellent opportunity - looking to hire immediately.
General Duties of the CSR
- Act as the company gatekeeper, routing inquiries as appropriate
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Take Inbound calls from and return calls to clients
- Create documents and communications
Minimum Requirements
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to interact with clients and staff in a positive manner
- Ability to handle multi-line phone system
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
