About this job
We’re seeking a qualified Spanish speaking candidate for a Data Entry Clerk position. This position is part of a team-oriented group that will work regularly with surrounding office staff and other internal company members to complete regular data entry projects. This fast-paced environment will require high communication and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times. This position demands the ability to 10-key in excess of 8500key strokes per minute. This position will have limited decision making, however, will assist with various administrative tasks periodically.
Position Type: Full-Time Evaluation Hire
Pay Range: $9/hr
Schedule: M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Ideal Candidate
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Have desire to grow with the company in the future.
- Able to stick to a schedule
- Has good time management skills
- Eager to learn.
Responsibilities include
- Entry of customers invoices
- Contacting vendors for documentation
- Interacting with analysts who also process accounts
