The Director of Marketing & Analytics serves as a senior member of the Online Apparel Team directing the work of the Digital Marketing Managers and Analytics Analyst. S/he is responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing and Merchandising strategies and tools to support the objectives of the Apparel business unit.

This position will work closely with Marketing, Buying, Online Merchandising, and Online Operations to develop and execute the Apparel BU's objectives and strategies. There will also be significant interaction with Digital Analytics, Finance, Product Management, User Experience, and other Online teams. S/he will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and E-commerce. Communication and partnership with DMMs, GMMs, and senior leaders across cross functional teams is required.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Leads Apparel digital strategies which includes Marketing, Analytics and Assortment.
  • Lead special projects and business opportunities on behalf of the Online Apparel team (i.e. size charts, taxonomy overhaul).
  • Develop high performance team by selecting, training, and coaching direct reports and team members.
  • Drives roadmap for desktop and mobile to align with Apparel strategies.
  • Contribute to financial targets of the Apparel business units.
  • Conduit between Apparel and Marketing/OBU/IMX.
  • Serve as an executive contact with all third-party service providers, as well as identify new partners.
Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or its equivalent experience, is required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of Ecommerce and/or digital marketing experience.
  • Passion for apparel and fashion.
  • Experience managing multiple resources and teams.
  • Adapts easily to rapidly changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities.
  • Ability to drive change in the organization.
  • Ability to travel at least quarterly.

  • Comfortable presenting to and working with senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the SHC Apparel 'brand'; balance of 'art & science'.
