Responsibilities
- Training - Influence and implement ongoing company training programs in partnership with the Training Manager. Adequate teaching ability including,but not limited to, proficiency in subject matter, ability to recognize and capitalize upon teachable moments, creativity in training style, and patience. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Communication – Regularly communicating expectations, guidance,customer service, and employee recognition matters and other opportunities. Ensure that company policies and events are communicated in a timely manner.
- Employee Feedback - Evaluate and provide feedback to trainees:identify strengths and weaknesses, provide a tailored work environment in those identified areas, and effectively communicate feedback. Monitor and review progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Help employees solve specific training problems, either on a one-on-one basis or in groups.
- Company culture - Uphold our company culture while applying positive and engaging training techniques to trainees. Be a strong team player who maintains open and positive relations with all divisions of the company.
- Commit to the Train the Trainer process and scheduled meetings with Training Manager
- Assist Training Manager with the development of strategic plans
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school graduate, college preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role and/or exhibits high growth potential within current department.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Possess the following skills: strong communication skills, leadership,professionalism, ability to influence, critical thinker, innovator, motivator,observational and debriefing skills.
