Business Process Manager - Full-time

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Responsible for identifying opportunities with labor and equipment efficiencies; along with partnering with Store Support and Warehouse management to drive change and improvement. Understands the business financials, analyzes data to identify exceptions with equipment and/or current processes, translates into business opportunities and provides findings to management to aid in making strategic and business decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

1. Provide leadership and ongoing development for the Store Support Dispatch Manager and Store Support Report development Specialist(s) through coaching, performance reviews and Internal Development Plans.
2. Responsible for having an in-depth understanding of and monitoring business processes, metrics and standard operating procedures
3. Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for new approaches and solutions to improve business unit processes and labor efficiencies, while reducing costs.
4. Performs periodic reviews of department financials, to include parts usage, labor & travel costs, subcontractor & 3rd party vendor expenses, and recommends actions for enhancement(s) and improvements
5. Lead and assist with the development and implementation of database structure and content, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical accuracy and quality
6. Energy Management (BMS) – Interpret energy data to provide statistical analysis and make business recommendations to improve energy cost and make equipment efficiencies. Report these findings to Store Support.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Degree required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred

Experience

• Minimum of five years of data analysis experience required; and
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Statistics and Optimization Skills required
• Ability to conduct an analytics task from start to finish: data collection, data cleansing, data mining and analysis, reporting results preferred.
• Ability to make data “tell a story” through creative and effective use of data visualization techniques and tools
