The Private Lesson Admin will oversee the scheduling, booking and payment recovery of all private lessons.  Ensure the highest level of quality in regards to private lessons and overall ski and snowboard school experience by matching guests’ needs to instructor qualities, greeting/informing guests, guest recovery, and accommodating special requests when appropriate.  Work directly with the adult ski and snowboard team and product sales and resort management team to provide tools, training, and tactics to ensure the quality of products and services for our guests.

 Requirements:

  • Must have extensive knowledge of all Ski & Snowboard School products, policies and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of the instructor scheduling/messaging system to ensure instructors are prepared for their private lessons.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to monitor and guide several groups of people, simultaneously.
  • Must have a very strong working relationship with the Location Managers, Product Mangers, and Supervisors
  • Good knowledge of Window’s based programs including but not limited to: Word, Excel, creating data reports.
  • Background in using RPOS or equivalent POS system ‐ preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, write and communicate clearly in English.
  • Flexible schedule, exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • High level of interpersonal communication and a focus on customer service.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays throughout the season
