Northside customer looking for a Flex Machine Operator. Excellent benefits!
1st Shift, 5:30am - 3:30pm, Monday Thursday
Overtime as needed on Friday or Saturdays
You will learn multiple positions in packing, machine operation such as spot welding, punch press, etc.

Skills/Qualifications:
Strong work history and ability perform in a fast moving environment.
Previous experience using inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system a plus.
High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Understanding of ISO/TS Quality requirements.
Requires 3-6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
Ability to use measuring equipment such as a caliper, micrometer, comparator or other measuring equipment to test tolerances, dimensions, quality of material, etc as required by customer specifications.

Duties:
Assist operators on a variety of machines; may be required to work at the operator level on multiple pieces of equipment in various areas of the manufacturing plant.
Assemble, sort, and pack shipments by properly adhering to the assembly/pack documentation, in addition, may enter job data and validate parts based off of print and/or quality standards.
Ability to work from drawings (prints) and other specifications.
Complete & maintain all required sorting and quality inspection paperwork.
Check quantity, type, size, part numbers, dimensions, etc. to properly identify materials.
Maintains a safe, clean work environment, following department housekeeping standards.
Responsible for adherence to all company/departmental policies and procedures related to safety and conduct.
